1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wyrote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. The Service is operated by Ghospy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Wyrote is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users generate SEO-optimized content. The Service includes:

  • Automatic keyword research and analysis
  • AI-generated content creation
  • Content planning and scheduling tools
  • SEO optimization features
  • Integration with third-party publishing platforms

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates these Terms

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is". You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require human review and editing before publication
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Ghospy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOSPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ghospy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your content before termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
